It adds wonderful flavor to any type of dish and is used in many ethnic beverages. The oils can even be used as aromatherapy to help treat colds and flu.
Green aniseed provides a great flavour when added to baking for a warming, aromatic spice. It is also traditionally used as a herbal tea to naturally treat constipation when infused with hot water.
